For many years, SSG has had a
“paper delivery fee” on our fee schedule for mailing statements and
confirms. However, SSG has not been not been charging this fee to many client
accounts. Unfortunately, the costs for printing and mailing statements
and confirms are increasing, making it difficult for SSG to continue to waive
the fees. Therefore, effective August 1st accounts will be
charged $2.50 for the paper delivery of a statement or confirm.
If you want to avoid this fee you must sign up for Electronic delivery notifications. With this option you would log onto the SSG website to view your statements. Call me to let me know if you want to switch to electronic notifications and I will send you the required form.
I think getting your statements mailed, regular mail, is the easiest way to get your statements and confirms. Logging onto the SSG website every month is a bit of a hassle.
